1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To open and maintain an account with 588bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 588bet strictly prohibits participation by minors.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.

588bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited and the deposit will be returned to the funding source after deducting any costs incurred by the platform in connection with the account.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without obligation to refund any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. If 588bet identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, winnings voided, and balances returned at the platform's sole discretion. Account sharing with any other person is strictly prohibited.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account, or to a verified method registered in your name. 588bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. While 588bet endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, the platform does not guarantee specific turnaround times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• 588bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requests for documentation not previously submitted.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 588bet offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated expiry time will be forfeited automatically.
• 588bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice bonus funds already credited to an account where the player has already commenced wagering activity in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• A player who has an active bonus applied to their account may be restricted from making withdrawals until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been satisfied or the bonus is voluntarily forfeited.

5. Betting Rules and Sportsbook Conduct

All bets placed on the 588bet sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. You acknowledge that:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.
• Odds and lines are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. 588bet accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error due to player mistakes regarding selection or stake amount.
• 588bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a material error in odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical malfunctions — 588bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

• Match fixing, spot fixing, and any form of manipulation of sporting events is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have placed bets with knowledge of or involvement in such activities will have all winnings confiscated and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 588bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 588bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from 588bet is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, third-party system outages, or force majeure events. 11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your 588bet account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

588bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 588bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as appropriate to cover costs incurred, losses caused, or winnings derived from the breach.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 588bet operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact 588bet's customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
